I stayed on the 8th floor of the residence for seniors. The room was quite big, but it lacked warmth both in temperature and ambience. The service was initially helpful and friendly, handing me the keys promptly, but I never heard back about the refund promised. The location was a bit far from other cities on the wine route and felt insecure being surrounded by tall buildings. The dining options were limited, and I ended up having sandwiches. The facility did not stand out.
